Topic: The Latest and Greatest in Irises
Following the club's brief business meeting, Kathleen will share a digital photo presentation of 2006 irises registered with the American Iris Society. All classifications of bearded iris (TB, BB, IB, MTB, SDB, MDB, AB, rebloomers) are featured. Additionally, there are a few Japanese Iris, Siberians, Spuria to represent the beardless irises. Introductions are from many well known hybridizers, including (but not limited to) Terry Aitken, Paul Black, Rick Ernst, Thomas Johnson, Larry Lauer, O.D. Niswonger, Schreiners, Don & Ginny Spoon, George and Michael Sutton, Rick Tasco, Tony and Dorothy Willott. A handout of the irises featured will be provided at our meeting.
Free admission and parking. Non-members are welcome. Please join us! Light refreshments will be served.
